Frequently  Asked Questions

A Complete Medical Patient Examination and any necessary previous or actual Medical Records reviews are conducted. He spends from 45 minutes to an hour with the patient. At the end of the visit, future appointments and referrals are scheduled. 

For our Patient's Convenience, we recommend them to partner with Reimbursify to help them submit reimbursements to their health plan. Currently, we are not accepting Health Insurance.

Dr. De La Rotta Visits its patients in the Comfort of their Homes, Works & Businesses. We Serve the Following areas in South Florida: Aventura, Golden Beach, Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach, Hallandale & Hollywood.

We Accept all Payments Via Cash, Zelle, and Credit Cards. House Calls are paid upon confirmation of your appointment. Appropriate additional treatments will be charged after the patient evaluation during the visit.
