Frequently Asked Questions

01

What does the medical consultation include?

We perform a complete medical examination and review previous or current medical records and studies. We provide treatment during the consultation.
The service lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing for detailed, personalized attention.
Upon completion, if necessary, follow-up appointments are scheduled, laboratory tests or imaging are ordered, and referrals to specialists are generated.

02

How do visits and schedules work?

We offer medical home visits once the patient has scheduled and paid for the appointment:

  • Location: Jacksonville and St. Johns County, Florida

  • To schedule your appointment: 904-377-2675

  • St. Johns County (North area): Fruit Cove, Julington Creek, Durbin Park, Rivertown, St. Augustine, Nocatee, World Golf Village.

04

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Credit cards

  • Cash

Any necessary additional treatment is determined during the consultation, and the patient is informed beforehand.

05

Why don't you accept health insurance?

Direct payment enables more accessible, agile care without the restrictions imposed by health insurance. By working outside this system, surprise bills, coverage limits, and lengthy procedures are avoided. Furthermore, in many cases, an in-home orthopedic visit is more economical than an insurance copay or deductible, with a clear cost from the beginning and no hidden fees.

06

Do you comply with regulations and licenses?

Yes. We comply with all licenses and regulations of the State of Florida.

In addition, we follow HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines to protect your medical information.
