1. Scope of Services
Orthovisits provides in-home orthopedic evaluations and treatments, including:

Orthopedic assessments

Minor procedures
-
Injections
-
Immobilizations (casts, splints, boots, slings)

Medical equipment (crutches, braces, etc.)
Orthovisits does not perform surgery. Patients requiring surgery, imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans), or lab tests will be referred accordingly.
2. Payment Policy

All services are private pay only. Insurance is not accepted.

The visit must be paid in full before the appointment.

Additional services or equipment will be charged separately and paid at the time of service.
3. Additional Services & Equipment
The provider may recommend:

Injections
-
Casting or splinting
-
Braces, boots, slings, crutches
These are not included in the base fee.
Orthovisits does not sell medications but may provide prescriptions or referrals.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Visit fees are non-refundable once completed.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations may result in loss of payment.

Once travel has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
Medical equipment is non-refundable once used.
5. Patient Responsibility
Patients agree to:

Be present at the appointment

Ensure a safe environment
Patients accept full financial responsibility.
6. No Emergency Services
This is not an emergency service.
Call 911 or go to the nearest ER if needed.
7. Website Use
Submitting forms does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
Do not submit sensitive or urgent medical information through the website.
